The goal of OtterPLZ is to promote the love of otters throughout deviantart- and, eventually, throughout the entire world. To conquer the world, you must first conquer the continent. To conquer the continent, you must first conquer the country. To conquer the country, you must first conquer the city. Since otters aren't a very warlike bunch, however, we're focusing on conquering the internet instead.
